EPWS General Assembly am 29.06.2021

EPWS General Assembly, Tuesday June 29th, 2021.

1.     As announced in the President’s "Save-the-Date" message of 2 March 2021, the EPWS General Assembly 2021 will take place by video-conference on 29 June 2021, 16.00-18.00. 

If you wish to attend the General Assembly and have not registered yet, kindly fill in the attached registration form and send it back to claudine.hermann@cegetel.net by 18 June 2021. We will then provide you with the connection link one or two days before the event.

Please note that only members having paid their EPWS membership fee 2021 are entitled to attend the General Assembly. To avoid connection overloading, a maximum of 2 persons per member association will be allowed to connect to the General Assembly.

Only for full and full conditional member associations: If your association is unable to attend the General Assembly, please give a proxy to another full member to represent your association (fill the bottom of the registration form).

2.        The General Assembly will be preceded by an EPWS Members Forum with short presentations by seven EPWS member associations to highlight cooperation activities of EPWS members at EU level to advance gender equality and/or the gender dimension in research and innovation. The EPWS Members Forum 2021 will take place by video-conference on 29 June 2021, 14.00-15.30.

If you wish to attend the EPWS Members Forum 2021, kindly fill in the attached registration form and send it back to maren_jochimsen@hotmail.com by 24 June 2021. We will then provide you with the connection link one or two days before the event.

3.         The schedule of 29 June 2021 will be as follows (Brussels time):

14.00 - 15.30:    EPWS Members Forum 2021

15.30 - 16.00:    Break

16.00 - 18.00:    EPWS General Assembly
